LC Icon Membership

TERMS AND CONDITIONS The LC ICON MEMBERSHIP program is brought to you by Laser Clinique. You agree to have your credit card on file charged monthly for 12 consecutive months as stated to become a LC ICON member. If you would like to renew your LC ICON MEMBERSHIP after 12 months, you will need to contact Laser Clinique and sign the terms and conditions agreement for the renewed year. 

Laser Clinique is referred to collectively in this agreement as the “Group”. By signing up in LC ICON MEMBERSHIP program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from the Group. This Program is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. This Program is valid in the United States only. This Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is governed by the internal laws of the State of California.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION Please note that this agreement requires a minimum 12-month commitment. Early cancellations made prior to the completion of the 12-month term will result in a charge for the remaining balance of the contract.  Cancellations may only be processed after the 12-month period has been fulfilled.

By enrolling in this 12-month membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full 12-month term. You further agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any portion of the membership fees during or after the term of this agreement.

All concerns or disputes must be addressed directly with Laser Clinique and you agree to resolve any such matters through open communication rather than a chargeback request.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The Group may at any time, without prior notice, terminate or modify the LC ICON MEMBERSHIP program and/or these terms and conditions. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by the Group in its sole discretion. The Group reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned if it suspects that the referrals or gift certificate credits were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates applicable law or these terms or in a manner otherwise not intended by the Group.
